Description: To supply rock material for the (follow-up) reclamation works of the FNLRP Phase 4 – Spare Area 5B site into the new FNLRP Phase 5-Spare Area 5C site.
All quarry run rock material (47,000,000 tons in 0-1000kg and 0-300kg sizes) for reclamation filling purposes up to a final level + 5.0 m CD for Spare Area 5C.

Construction of 33 Access Bridges to FOIZ Oil Terminals

Description: The area north of the Port of Fujairah is a designated zone for accommodating Oil Storage Terminals. This area, further referred to as Fujairah Oil Industrial Zone (FOIZ), is subject to rapid expansion due to the increasing demand for oil storage capacity in recent years. The bunker market is a driving force in the business. FOIZ intends to construct access bridges for each of the terminals to assure uninterrupted access to the FOIZ terminals even during laying and maintenance of oil and service pipes.

Fujairah Airport Tunnel Project (Phase 3)

Description: Construction, Completion, Maintenance and Guarantee of Fujairah Airport Tunnel Phase 3 works in 2 parts: 1st is at the North and South end and between Merashid-Rughaylat road junction, continuing South through FIA tunnel up to Fujairah-Sharjah border and extending further towards east up to Abattoir and towards west up to Al Hayl first roundabout.

Fujairah Airport Tunnel Project (Phase 1 and 2)

Location: Fujairah – UAE
Description: The airport tunnel is approximately 540 m in length from the north ramp to the south ramp and accommodates dual lanes each way. The Phase 1 and 2 Scope of Works is to carry out civil works for the construction of approximately 500.02 m of tunnel length and includes the north and south portals.

FOIZ Emergency Response Center

Location: Fujairah – UAE
Description: Fujairah Oil Industry Zone (FOIZ) intends to construct a new Fire Station with firemen training facilities on an allocated plot (Spare Area 1B or 1C) within FOIZ.
The scope of the new Fire Station is to provide first response in case of emergency within the FOIZ boundaries.

FOIZ Central Control Room Building

Description: Fujairah Oil Industry Zone (FOIZ) intends to construct a Central Control Room (FOIZ CCR) building within the FOIZ Emergency Response Center (Spare Area 1B) plot.
The function of the new FOIZ CCR building is to monitor Fujairah Oil Industry Zone with video surveillance.

FEED design of Port Control Building as Part of the 2D Quay Wall Project in Sohar Port

Location: OMAN
Description: FEED design of Port Control Building as part of quay wall project in Sohar – Oman with basic starting points as provided by the contractor summarized as follows:
Port Control building (from tender):
• An area as shown on the drawing is located for the Port Control building.
• As maximum the building shall be for a height of 40 m to overlook the Port basin, the South Operation, the Port Approach channel, Vale Jetty Operation and the Future North. The height will be confirmed at a later stage.
• The maximum built up area shall be 1000 m2 on different stories. The footprint shall be decided later.
• The building shall be an iconic building for SOHAR Port.
MUC Engineering: Contractor’s Consultant for tender support, basis of design, detailed design and Preparation of NOC documentation and obtaining required NOCs.

Dibba Bulk Cargo Port

Client: Government of Fujairah
Location: Fujairah – UAE
Description: Major upgrade of the existing port at Dibba, Fujairah, UAE to increase export capacity or rock to 15 MTPA. The project included development of the new quay wall, and other port infrastructure, conveyor belt, mountain stockpile area, etc.
